#12 kayaking training: taking it slow

Last kayaking trainings have been … well, not easy. No smooth water, clear skies and no one to disturb. I feel like I am on a real training now :). Which is what I wanted, right. As the regatta competition is nearing, I do need training in people and nature disturbing my paddling. But it is emotionally very tiring. And today’s training was not different. Small boats, a little rain, other paddlers. This was the short training (5 km) to enhance the speed. Here some pictures and a video (not of me). I am already at the 12th training of my kayaking summer 2015! Yei!
