Fridays are my long distance trainings. This Friday I did 12 km with 40 min for 5 km up the river and (half,25 minutes almost-maximum power) and down the river 35 minutes. Getting better. No interesting things happened on that day, just pure kayaking. A good weekend ahead to rest, then Monday’s training and then again few days off – I think I deserve a break before the big challenge.
