#3 kayaking training on the water

27th of February morning I was out on the water again. Before kayaking, I did an hour of warm up (maybe not the wisest idea). Abs-back training and lifting weights from the chest. + 2000km on kayaking ergo.

After that, I took my slalom boat and did 7,3 km. The weather was nice, around 0 to +2 celsius.

I am thinking of doing a challenge in March to get a good base of kilometres. Just need to figure out which kayak and most of all, to make sure the boat at least by the end of it is Nelo. That’s the whole point.
