Süstatrenn nädal 4 | Kayaking training week 4

Seekord on mul rohkem pilte kui juttu. Terve nädal maadlesin töö, kooli ja … oma kallite karatekadega (sest alanud on ka karate trennid, PS: vaata meie karate Facebooki lehte). Lisaks eelmise nädala vaimne tagasilöök viimasest süstatrennist. Kõik see pani mind süstatrenni enne reedet mitte minema.

This time I have more pictures than talk. The whole week I juggled with work, school and with karate training that started. On top of that the loss of spirit on my last kayaking training. All that made me push the training to Friday.

Reedel aga võtsin end kokku ja läksin kohale. Treener soovitas valida meresüsta, kuna nädala pärat on süsta-maraton Emajõel. Tegin siis üle pika aja mõnusa 12km kuni sillani.
Ilm oli imeilus, jõgi rahulik, mõned paadid sõitsid mööda, pilved olid eriti kenad. Esimest korda kasutasin Sportlyzeri programmi ja huvitav fakt, mille välja vaatasin oli see, et kiiret lõiku tehes suutsin tempo ajada üles kuni 20km/h. Päris hea!

On Friday I got myself together and went to the kayaking base. My trainer suggested I take the sea kayak because I have kayaking marathon on Emajõgi in one week. So after so long time I did a long-distance training again, 12km.
The weather was gorgeous, river peaceful, some boats passing by, clouds were spectacular. I used the app Sportlyzer for the first time and I found an interesting fact. Namely, I got my speed up to 20km per hour at some point. Pretty awesome!

Vot. Aga siin on ka minu rajakaart. Ei ole just väga huvitav, kui nii vaadata, lihtsalt üles-alla Emajõge … Aga see on minu rahu-rada. Mulle meenus, miks mulle meeldib seda kayakiga sõita, just pikemat rada. Sest mul on aega mõelda, kogu ümbruskond soodustab loovust ja avatud meelt. Nii tuligi mul mitu artikli-ideed ja palju energiat, et koju tulles veel mõned klienditööd kirja panna. Nii lõpetasin lõpuks näiteks Prantsusmaa reisi Porquerolles saare postituse.

So. Here you’ll see my road-map. Not particularly interesting if you look it like that, just up and down the Emajõgi. But this is my peace-road. I remembered again why I like to paddle this road, and the long way. Because I have time to think, the environment helps to be creative and open my mind. So I had several ideas for articles and a lot of energy. When I came back home, I just started writing again. For one I finished a post on the Island of Porquerolles, France.
