In sports, it helps to see yourself from aside to pinpoint what you are really doing, to see the mistakes and have a neutral overview. Recently we went for a training on Emajõgi with Rait (in the speed boat) and he took a video of me kayaking (Nelo, seat on first level).

For one – I was surprised that it looks better than I thought – I had a terrible picture formed in my head how shaky I am. At the same time, all the mistakes are well visible on the video. From the way the kayak goes from side to side, to the way I push wrongly with my left leg and that I don’t stretch my hands, especially right hand.

Lot of work to do.
