Cycling Embassy investigated the quality of bicycle facilities in Tartu

By accident I met two ambassadors of cycling who were in Tartu to help and investigate the town officials to make the city better for cyclists. Though they did offer me to join the ride, I stick to kayaking, walking and karate but it was fascinating to hear their stories and hear their passion for cycling. I hanged around at some stops they had. Here are the pictures.
