The reason many people are unhappy or not as happy as they could be in their life, is the fact that they are not fully aware of what they are capable of. It starts with a belief that someone else is having the control over your life, to not knowing your own skills and aspirations and how this self-awareness can open up your opportunities and raise chances to get what you want.

Love your life

If a person is living one’s life to the fullest, it doesn’t mean a careless life under the palm tree. Sometimes it is just the opposite. But having meaning, a reason why and knowing how is what makes that life enjoyable, worth while.
And everyone should have that kind of life.

I have always followed my heart and my interests. Knowing what I could do with the skills I have has been the first criteria to finding a new opportunity, job, travel destination, contacts. Being able to analyse and see the world more broadly makes it easy for me to pinpoint next steps and also has raised the probability of getting what I wish. Now I am passing this skill on to people by lifestyle and career coaching. Once you have had a coaching session you will find the power in yourself to notice opportunities, set goals, develop and reach to what you want.

Astu oma mugavustsoonist välja

Põhjus, miks paljud inimesed on õnnetud või mitte nii õnnelikud ja rahulolevad, kui nad võiksid olla oma eluga, on selles, et nad ei ole täielikult teadlikud oma võimetest.  See algab uskumusest, et keegi teine kontrollib nende elu (riik, abikaasa raha) kuni selleni, et inimesed ei tunne ega teadvusta oma tegelikke oskusi ja eesmärke. Eneseteadlikkus aitab aga avada silmad võimaluste ees ning tõstab tõenäosust tegelikult ka saada seda, mida soovid.

Armasta oma elu

Oma elu maksimumi võttes ei tähenda see hoolimatut, boheemlase elu palmiuude all. See võib tähendada hoopis vastupidist. Kuid kui elul on sinu jaoks tähendus, põhjus ning teadmine miks midagi tehakse, siis just see teeb elu elamist värt. Ja igaüks peaks elama elu, mis on tähenduslik.

Oskus näha inimeses rohkemat

Terve oma elu olen järginud oma südant ja oma huve. Teades, mida ma oma oskustega teha võin on olnud esimene kriteerium leidmaks uusi võimalusi, töid, reisisihtkohte, kontakte.  Analüüsivõime ja oskus maailma laiemalt vaadata, teeb kergeks valida järgmised sammud ning on tõstnud soovide teostumise tõenäosust. Nüüd annan oma teadmisi ja oskusi edasi teistele läbi elustiili ja karjääri nõustamise. Juba peale esimest nõustamissessiooni leiad sa endas jõudu ja oskusi, et näha võimalusi, seada eesmärke, et saavutada seda, mida sa soovid.

Seda võin ma lubada.

Seega ela oma elu nii, nagu sa seda soovid ja aita ellu viia positiivseid muudatusi!

Walking lifestyle – keeping you fit, mentally and physically

I know what it feels like to over-work and forget all your hobbies and physical training. That broke me and I have decided to never let that happen again. Since I am a lifestyle coach and a communication executive, I use this to empower other people through this blog, to join me in an active lifestyle. Don’t forget we all need time-off from our daily lives. Walking is the easiest and accessible thing to do that. Go out for a walk, share your thoughts and inspirations with me via e-mail. My aim is to show how easy it is to find little walks, little time-off-chunks in life to keep you mentally and physically fit. Wherever you are.
