Long time no see. Been busy settling in in Tartu, hence being quiet. I am so happy that I live in a place whee I have several nice walking routes around. Though walking itself should be inspiring, it helps when you do not have to go through too much trouble to get on a path.
On a different note. Running. Not something I do a lot, except when I am on S’Estanyol route in Ibiza, where running was very cool. But I have a friend who has been running since I know her and now, on later years she has been obsessed (in a good way) about marathons. I went with her to cheer her and work on my event photography skills few weeks ago in beautiful Otepää, Lake Pühajärve marathon.
Pühajärve is in South-Estonia, a popular destination for all kinds of sportsmen or tourists – from skiing to golf. It has great facilities for summer holidays or winter holidays. And just around the corner for me. I have some secret swimming places there and fond memories of Beach parties when I was a teenager.
But, here is a glimpse of the running event, I did not go walking around the lake THIS TIME, but I will do it the next time. This map is on the courtesy of Helen.

This was not a training day for me, so I could just enjoy the sun and smell the roses. Next time I will do the route myself. Yes!
Walking lifestyle – keeping you fit, mentally and physically
Don’t forget we all need time-off from our daily lives. Walking is the easiest and accessible thing to do that. Go out for a walk, share your thoughts and inspirations with me via e-mail. My aim is to show how easy it is to find little walks, little time-off-chunks in life to keep you mentally and physically fit. Wherever you are.
