I don’t catch cold very often and usually I tend to take care of the upcoming cold just before it hits me the hard way. This year it wasn’t so. I made a mistake for not understanding, though I noticed it, that I should start taking my remedies. So, the flu kind of sickness lasted for two weeks, cut me out from two weeks worth of trainings. I still managed to do my presentation on personal branding positioning and when I was tired of the sickness, I just took a 14km walk and now, I just ignore it and claim to be well again.

Walking lifestyle – for keeping you fit, mentally and physically

Don’t forget we all need time-off from our daily lives. Walking is the easiest and accessible thing to do that. Go out for a walk, share your thoughts and inspirations in Walking lifestyle Facebook. My aim is to show how easy it is to find little walks, little time-off-chunks in life to keep you mentally and physically fit. Wherever you are.
