Healthy and active lifestyle is a choice
That is true. And I am not saying you need to give up anything or start eating something you don’t like, but it is just that different kind of physical activity requires different kind of food for your body, your body, to be able to do all that physical stress and to keep healthy, able to be happy in your skin, you need both exercise and good food. If you are a regular person who wants to or has started an active lifestyle and is interested how the body works and what fuels it, here are some online, free video courses from specialists. Coursera is a very nice, comfortable and good opportunity to learn new things (not just about health, also finances, programming, marketing, history).
