The key is to plant the seeds. And never stop, even if weather, even if animals, even if mutations, look as if they are going to damage the garden and destroy it. Seeds take time to grow. A long time. And they need to be loved with patience, just like children. And there are seeds designed for every season. The key is to go out there, dig up dirt, and plant. Every day.

You can never ever stop planting the seeds. Every day. Eventually there is a thick patch of joy where there was once nothing but dirt, weeds, and mud.
And you can look at it and finally say, “This is me. I did this.” What seed will you plant today?

Kick-start the lifestyle you want by taking the first step, planting the first seed

If you want to have a certain lifestyle, like being more active, more healthy, keep your discipline, then you need to plant seeds that have a chance to grow into that kind of lifestyle. Get up to go for a walk. Choose food that is nutritious. Start going to the dance class you have always wanted. Buy good training shoes. Every little thing you do today to feel and be better will create the future. Hey, it will already change your life that very moment! And with every little step you take, every seed you plant, it is easier and easier to continue and motivate yourself. Because you will see results.

This is the reason I have started Walking Lifestyle blog and go for walks in Ibiza: I needed to make a choice – if I go out and start moving, changing my life, or if I stay home and think and dream about all the things I want to do and be. I am grateful for all the people that took me for walks. In Estonia, in Norway, in Spain, and more precisely in Ibiza. Now I am grateful to see how I can be the one supporting and encouraging people to get out there, to take that decision to do something, to start their training with shorter walks first, adding kilometers, adding other kind of sport activities. And most of all, enjoying being outside, meeting new people and seeing beautiful places.
